Below posted prices on gravel, sand, soil and mulch, and on pavers, wall block and slabs.
Buy on account
Your crew picks up, we invoice the company. Accounts are COD until credit terms are approved. Approved terms are net 15, or net 30 on commercial projects.
No restocking fee on returns
Bring back unused product in sellable condition for full credit.
Open at 7 am
Load up on weekdays before the crew gets to site. Saturdays from 8.
Delivery to site
Our own trucks for bulk and pallets, and direct shipping from the manufacturer on larger hardscape orders. Delivery rates

Send a plan and we'll price the stone, base and sand together.
Open an account
Send us your details and we'll set you up with contractor pricing on a COD account. You can also call the office and do it over the phone.
Apply for credit terms
New accounts are COD until credit terms are approved. To pay on terms (net 15, or net 30 on commercial projects), fill in the credit application. We check references and reply within 5 business days.

Terms and conditions
- Payments are due within the agreed terms: net 15 days, or net 30 days on commercial projects, unless otherwise specified in writing. Accounts are COD until credit terms are approved.
- A 2% monthly interest fee is applied to all overdue balances.
- The applicant authorizes North Shore Landscape Supply Centre to contact trade references and verify banking information as part of the credit approval process.
- Credit terms may be adjusted or withdrawn at the discretion of North Shore Landscape Supply Centre.
- Any disputes must be reported in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.
- The jurisdiction for all disputes is British Columbia.
